This is my first post, and I just want to state my basis for this blog.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by theirCreator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life liberty and the pursuit of happiness..."
Our first right is life, for without it there would be no other rights because we would not exist. And we should strive to not take life, to respect it. Even if government 'becomes destructive to these ends.' I don't know that we should abolish it, but we should certainly alter it to stay as close to its founding ideals as possible.
This blog is about life, in all its forms, but especially human life, and especially that which is being threatened by this government (though I will mention other governments especially when relevant and pertinent info becomes available).
